Susanne Oltmanns, a certified Property Stylist, is the director of New View Interiors based in Chelsea Heights.
Susanne focuses on styling “occupied” homes where the sellers still live in their home during the sale period. Her approach is hands-on, working with existing items if possible. A consultation visit of up to two hours is the starting point to provide guidance, solutions and a plan for sellers. A multi-page printed action plan broken down by room and area plus styling tips will be provided. The required work can either be DYI or DFY (Done for you).
She keeps across the latest interior style techniques and trends to create homes enticing to buyers. The key to styling a property for sale is to know your target buyer and demographic.
German-born Susanne has a professional background in administration, marketing and project management. She met her Australian husband on Santorini in Greece and has lived with him and their son in Melbourne for over 15 years. Her innate sense of style is supplemented by an astute understanding of value for money in achieving the best result in the current property market.
